Our lamination barrier pouches come with various combinations of following features:

1, lamination varieties for kernels,snacks,candy, cookies, and all general packaging purposes
OPP/CPP:
Mainly for cost-saving packaging purposes, good transparency, slightly weak sealing strength. Not usually for air leakage-proof packaging, and not for automatic packaging.
Use PE instead of CPP for stronger sealing strength and for leakage-proof packaging purposes.
PET/CPP
Good transparency, flat and strong sealing, inflatable and auto-packing suitable, well keeping flavour of foods.
PET/PE
Bit less transparency than PET/CPP, inflatable and auto-packing suitable. One of the most popular constructions for making various pouches.Safe for freezing storage.
MATOPP/CPP
matte finish, translucent looking, sealing strength is almost same as OPP/CPP. Not good for air leakage-proof packaging, and pouch is possible to break in vey cold conditions.
Use PE instead of CPP for much better sealing strength and for freezing storage.
OPP/PET/CPP
Enough transparency for three layers lamination. Blocking oxygen and moisture. Popular for pouches which need transparency and barrier at the same time.but can't be used for freezing.
OPP/PET/PE
Bit less transparency then OPP/PET/CPP, Flat and strong sealings,Efficiently blocking oxygen and moisture, keeping product long time freshness. Safe for freezing storage.
MATOPP/VMPET/CPP(PE)
Matte fnish, better barrier, and higher-quality looking due to the VMPET sandwiched between. If package needs stronger sealing,use PE instead of CPP as the inner layer.
MATOPP/VMCPP
Mainly for light-duty packaging like snacks or other foods which are provided in small packs which combine features of matte finish,silver backing and some barrier property.
PET/CLEAR-SILVER/PE,OPP/CLEAR-SILER/CPP
For pouches with clear front and silver back.Consumers see the product from the clear front,while the silver backing helping to show off the product. These 3-layer lamination greatly blocks oxygen and moisture as well.
2, Automatic packaging for biscuits and cookie,etc
OPP/VMCPP
Non-transparent lamination,commonly used for packing cookies,instant noodles,etc, blocking ultraviolet light and moisture. Note the wrinkle issue on OPP when the auto-packing goes.
PET/CPP
Very transparent. Suitable for auto-packaging. Well keeping foods flavor inside. Doesn’t perform so good in blocking moisture.
PET/VMCPP
Non-transparent.Suitable for auto-packaging for light-duty purposes.
PET/VMPET/PE(CPP)
Non-transparent. Suitable for automatic packaging, inflatable, well keeping flavour of foods.VMPET enhances the barrier property against oxygen and moisture.If the package needs better sealing, use PE instead of CPP.
Matopp/cpp, mattopp/vmcpp,matopp/pe
Matte finish,mainly for cost-saving packaging purposes while the matte effect offers some quality feeling.
3, Vacuum seal packaging

Poduct in these lamination pouches can be frozen after being vacuum sealed.Nylon provides extra tensile strength for puncture-resistant. VMPET or Aluminium foil blocks light,oxygen and moisture.
4, Boiling and retort pouches
PET/NY/RCPP
Under 120℃，transparent, with puncture-resistant Nylon.
PET/NY/AL/RCPP
Under 120℃,non-transparent, with puncture-resistant Nylon,meanwhile aluminum foil provides the best barrier against oxygen,light and moisture.
PET/AL/RCPP
Non-transparent. Less puncture-resistant than lamination with Nylon. Aluminium foil blocks light,oxygen and moisture,keeping foods long time quality.
5,Conventional oven bags
PET/SPET,VMPET/SPET
Wrap foods and cook directly in oven under 200℃, keeping meats,chicken etc juicy and the pan no messed up, which brings much convience to roasting. No problem for microwave oven also.
